This beer is brewed sustainably in collaboration with Novozymes. Using an enzyme that converts raw barley into fermentable wort, this means 15% less CO2 than similar beers.Dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe to lend tropical and citrus fruit notes to a soft-bodied ale.
