When the brewery came in March 2020, we dwelt on batch 100 very little. A major milestone, to be sure, but getting there with restriction and plague was understandably a challenge which we knew meant focus on more near term goals. When the time finally came upon us to brew a batch, worthy of being our one hundredth, we realized it had to be a beer of celebration, for celebration. We did it. We made it. Here it is. Batch 100. Hopped on 4 separate occasions with Strata, Galaxy, Idaho 7, and Sabro Cryo.
