Formulated specifically with the Oktoberfest season in mind - Brewed entirely with Barke Pilsner malt and twice decocted to enrich the malt composition and deepen its complexion. The length of boil was extended to 120 minutes, and hopped lightly at three points in the kettle with Tettnanger. Open fermented with harvested WLP838 and cold conditioned at 0°C for eight weeks.
