Foeder Aged Brett Blonde

We took our Belgian Blonde Ale and aged a portion in an oak foeder with Brett C for 5 months, then bottle conditioned it for another month. The result is an exercise in patience that expresses funk, hay, apricot, pineapple, and earthy notes. Bone dry and very bubbly, this one is not to be missed. As usual with our Foeder Series, once it's gone, it's gone!
