Data Set #7

Описание

For this data set we used a familiar NEIPA Yeast to produce a classic hazy profile. Throughout the fermentation process this beer produced uncanny peach notes reminiscent of some of our favorite batches of the haze lineup. The beer pours a beautiful golden orange with a luscious foam that clings to the glass. Delicate floral notes of white peach and apricot overwhelm the senses while flavors of summer cobblers and ripe yellow farm-stand peaches are carried across the pallet*, one sip of this beer and it’s easy to why New England’s beloved hazy IPAs swept the country and influenced brewers across the globe.
