Beyond the Pale, every year a celebration of Wellington’s fabulous Fringe Festival and every year an excellent excuse to brew outside the box. This year’s avant-garde offering is a devised piece with a cast of carrots, orange and ginger with a touch of maple syrup and Galaxy hops.
