The first Gluten Free beer produced in Romania. With a gluten level below 3ppm, according to the ElizaR5 test, MaltMeUP! falls into the range of gluten-free products. The beer benefits from the Crossed-Grain symbol, a sign of certification by ARIG (Romanian Gluten Intolerance Association)An English IPA with natural and "traditional" ingredients: ONLY barley malt, hops and yeast. During fermentation, the protein chain is smashed by an enzyme.
