An English-American hybrid that we are simply calling a Pub Ale- Chancy's is the Amber ale we have longed for; striking a perfect balance between malt flavour and drinkability!Deep-amber in colour, with a persisting white creamy foam. We are getting notes of toasted barley, biscuits, dry toffee, multigrain toast and a mild smooth caramel. Delicate hop bitterness complements the rich malt character, while also lending to the cleanness of this brew, keeping this one still very approachable.
