The Gilda is the most iconic of Basque pintxos with just pickled guindilla chilies, anchovies and green olives. After eating many of these with the Basqueland crew we conconcoted this imperial IPA with an iconic crew of hops: Galaxy, Mosaic and Strata. Clean with a simple grain bill of 2-row and oats.
