This benevolent creation is our shot at a by-the-book Cold IPA. A generous percentage of flaked rice lends a light body and characteristic dryness, a warm(er) fermented lager yeast brings a neutral to slightly fruity ester profile, and a heavy hand with Simcoe Cryo in the whirlpool and Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and Strata in the dry hop bring a punch of flavor to the table.
