With all the talk of flaked corn in lagers in my home, we finally wanted to try using some in a sour, just like we do with Que? SI! and COLD IPA. So that's what we did and the results are astounding. Very different aromas during aging in the barrel, maybe it's the fats in the corn that allow our yeast culture to make something truly unique!
