We aren't sweet tooths, especially not in combination with beer, therefore we always said to each other that we wouldn't brew a Pastry Stout. Ever! But a couple of weeks ago, our headbrewer Merijn betrayed us, the bastard!While thinking to do something special with our Grom, he took a sip of his coffee and got an epiphany.
