This Raw Pale Ale is brewed in collaboration with the Barrier Brewing Co. from New York, US. It's completely raw - meaning it hasn't been boiled or pasteurized before or after the fermentation. We also added a good chunk of raw unmalted wheat and oats to bring up the body. It then got fermented with ours house Kveik yeast strain and dry hopped generously with Citra and Enigma.
