A Port Barrel Aged Imperial Blackberry Sour. Aged for 23 months in a single port hogshead and coming in at a huge 14.4%! An extremely limited edition one-off with only 211 bottles in existence. With time the ripe blackberry fruit character has softened and developed more of a vinous persona. The ageing has delivered dried fruits, stewed raspberries and soft tart cherries. These flavours are all accompanied by light tannins and a warm finish.
