On top of a mountain next to our neighboring city of Reading, the Neversink Hotel was built in 1891. Like many of the grand old hotels in the mountains of the city, the hotel burned down in 1905 leaving only its distinct pavilion, now known as the Witch's Hat. In remembrance of the old heady days of the city, we offer you a new kind of Witch's Hat, a big Imperial Stout brewed throughout with local honey. With notes of old hotel leather, coffee beans, dark toast and caramel, this one is the quintessential witch's brew!
