Late Spring means it’s time to start crushing West Coast IPA’s. Thankfully, we’ve got a freshie on the tap wall featuring HBC 638, Simcoe, Chinook, Mosaic Powder. This brew was made to showcase HBC 638 from HAAS farms. Comparable to Centennial, we getting notes of bright citrus and fresh flowers alongside soft strawberry and ruby red grapefruit.
