That IPA was origanly brewed as Red IPA and has been maturing in keg with oak and cherry medium smoked chips. Beer that develops lots of floral notes melted with two distinct wood flavor, cherry gives some fruity sweetnes, and oak some wood sournes, so whole that beer is very complex and rich flavoured bewerage. Topped with nicely taned head, very good warmer example for still cold evenings.Cheers everyone!!!
