Farmhouse IPA (Nelson, Mandarina) is a Belgian style farmhouse beer with a modern twist that uses 60% organic Belgian pilsen and 40% organic Belgian pale malt, a large dose of late addition of Nelson Sauvin hops, fermented with our house yeast/brett mixed culture and dry hopped with more Mandarina Bavaria hops. It drinks like an aromatic IPA but with a farmhouse/saison twist. Dry and thirst quenching for those sunny Mediterranean days!
