Brewed using our native berry, Lilly Pilly, the brew team have produced an easy-drinking ale which has a beautiful pink hue and a tight white head.With a fruit that matures from December to February, the Lilly Pilly is traditionally an evergreen rainforest plant, but is today one of the most popular garden plants in Australia.
