Aged for 18 months in a second use maple syrup rye whiskey barrel. Since this is essentially the barrel's 3rd use the barrel ageing imparts a more subtle spirit character with more oak, cellar, and oxidative character. Compare it next to the 18 month old keg aged version of the same beer.
