If it's to celebrate, let it be big, 9 years old, 9% alcohol. For our first Triple IPA, the hop character, malt and alcohol need to be in balance to keep the drinkability under control so we chose our favorite hops: Cascade, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Azzaca. Cascade and Mosaic has been with us since we made IPAs, giving it that resinous touch, tropicality and ripe fruit; Nelson Sauvin and Azzaca are the modernity that inspires and challenges us daily, flavors of blackcurrant and white grape, notes of mango, pineapple, tangerine and pine.More alcohol, more body, more hops.Made for everyone, they toasted what is our passion.
