This silky stout is brewed with two kinds of chocolate malt, roasted barley, and flaked oats. Lactose (milk sugar) adds a hint of sweetness and the beer is aged on Ecuadorian cocoa nibs and Tahitian vanilla beans. Flavors and aromas of milk and bitter chocolate mix with a hint of vanilla in this rich and pleasing stout.
