They are famous for their smoked beers so we decided to try something fun. We sent them our favorite Simpsons wheat malt and had them smoke it in-house. We then used that along with a Saison yeast to create a smoky, fruity, and dry beer that is complex and unlike any beer we have ever made. The smoke is bold but the fruity background notes come in and out making the beer quite refreshing. A one time experience everyone should try!
