rewed with a simple grist of pilsner, caramel, white wheat, and oat malt. Mashed at several temperatures, with American and Continental hops added during a two-hour boil. Fermented in an open triangle with WLP550. After fermentation was complete, it was packaged with additional yeast and sugar for a six month conditioning period.
