Dancing House is built upon a heavy foundation of Czech Saaz hops and premium pilsner malt. We used a classic Pilsner Urquell yeast strain to stay true to the traditional Czech Pils. The aroma is heavy with malt, and clean, bready and slightly earthy. This light and flavorful pils has a nice, midrange body that quickly dissipates into wonderful bitterness with the perfect prickle of carbonation.
