Opus Four

The Opus series is a collection of sour ales from our barrel program. While this batch matured for 11 months in a single former bourbon barrel, we incorporated bottle dregs from a couple of well-known Lambic breweries, our favourite local mixed fermentation specialists, and our house blend used in the first beer of this series.The varied blend has yielded a complex, refined and tart beer now known as Opus Four. Only 150 bottles were filled on September 15, 2021. Enjoy now or cellar a bottle for further development.
