When solar eruptions start bombing the earth and the skies over the south of the earth light up, it is a beautiful sight, layers of colour and visual expression. Inspiration for our house pale ale, brewed in the south. Layers of aroma from southern grown hops with expressions of citrus and passion, visually stunning with a shining yellow clarity and dense white head and expressions of clean crackerbread malt. This is an easy drinking, light and balanced ale that we are very proud of.
