Chevalier provides a big malt backbone for massive quantities of British & European Hops, typical of the time, while traditional Invert No.2 sugar adds hints of molasses and lightens the finish.Brewed in collaboration with Sunken Knave.Cask version is 5.7%, Keg and can 6.2%
