Ghost Sour Project: Mojito Sour

This was a very fun project. We took our Sour Stock of at least 6 months and infused it with mint, lemon and other ingredients looking for a traditional Mojito flavor. I think we succeeded. The mint on the aroma, combined with the lemon, it a very tasty and beautiful.Beer, Cheers.
