We've used only fresh 2018 Styrian Goldings hops from Skull Gully Hops in Heathcote. This bitter is true to style, malty and creamy. The subtle grassy sweetness from the fresh hops is noticeably pleasant. This brew is extremely limited. Be on the look out for more fresh hop beers in 2019.
