For this beer we went out of our comfort zone. We started of with a real traditional westcoast hop bill centennial, chinook, colombus on the hotside with some citra and simcoe in the whirlpool. Upping our IBU TO 90!Fermented with a clean yeast strain and triple dryhopped it with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Ceres. Due to the heavy dryhop there will be some hophaze, hopburn and "green" while its super fresh. Cheers
