Careful selection of both hops and apples was paramount to this Hop Edition release. After a few trials we found the perfect blend to champion the powerful citrus and grapefruit aromatics from the Riwaka hops with our signature clean apple flavour.Extra Jonathan apples from early in the season allows lotsof crisp apple flavours, which are further enhanced by the pineapple and tropical fruit of the El Dorado Hops. The Idaho 7 hops gives us subtle herbal/black tea notes, which helped to round out and balance the fruit forward palate.Gluten free & vegan friendly.
