Double India Pale Ale brewed with our buds from Chi-town, Hop Butcher for the World!It starts with the water where we replicated Chicago water utilizing Reverse Osmosis water and building our profiles with specific minerals. From there, we combined some of our techniques with theirs.Brewed with Motueka, Strata, Pacific Sunrise and Rakau hops.
