(American IPA, 7.2%, 16oz) ​​The Valley is a Single IPA that explores a single terroir through a blend of hand-selected hops from Coleman Farms. Pouring a hazy orange color with mountains of sticky foam, tropical notes jump from the glass. Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic carry notes of white grapefruit, boysenberry jam, donut peaches, and hints of pine sap.
