Golden Mixed Culture Sour with Second Use Plum and a hint of Salt. The santa rosa plums were first used in Vertical Sunset, then we performed a primary fermentation on top of the same plums, and aged the beer in oak barrels for approx. 1 year.Second use fruit imparts a more subtle fruit flavour to the beer, with less colour addition. A touch of salt was added to brighten and balance the flavours, it should not taste as salty as a Gose.Enjoy!
