Rural Animal is our take on a classic wallonian table beer - light, crisp, refreshing, and sessionable. This beer is brewed with 100% “old world” hops for bittering, aroma, and flavour and a mixture of BC grown barley malt, unmalted wheat, and a touch of caramelized malted oats to create a beer that definitely punches above its weight-class on flavour and body. The delicate spice flavours of the hops are balanced by the fermentation character of our favourite saison strain and inoculation at packaging by our favourite strains of brettanomyces.
