Undertone: Black Raspberry & Red Raspberry (2/6/23)

We found some great red and black raspberries from the PNW and have just started to package the blends made with some of them. This one is a small batch of Undertone, our oat farmhouse ale, aged with equal parts red and black raspberries at just over two pounds per gallon. It drinks like a Preserves blend, you won't believe it. Super rich and fluffy from the oats, finishes almost sweet!
