Brewed for Halloween, this is a New England style of India Pale Ale brewed using huge amounts of hops added late in the brewing process to promote a tropical, juicy sweetness without bitterness. For this Halloween special, we’ve added oven roasted pumpkin, fresh ginger & pumpkin spices, to create this unique & delicious twist on the style. The beer is hazy from proteins & yeast, accentuating the full & creamy mouthfeel.
