Spelt Kölsch Hopped with Riwaka™Can Release 8/12 - $16/4-packThis unique beer was inspired by a homebrew that we didn't brew! It started with German Pilsner and spelt (a cousin of wheat) and hopped with Riwaka in the whirlpool. Think of it as a unique spin on our Könventional Kölsch, but with bready spelt German Spelt malt and the intensity of Riwaka. The result is bright and fruity, but with a grapefruit and dank-intensity of New Zealand hops.
