Описание
Appearances can be deceptive! Schwarzbier, literally ‘Black Beer’ in German may look like a heavy roasty stout, though it is anything but. This style originated over 600 years ago in central Germany, and is renowned for its easy drinking nature in spite of its menacing appearance. Pouring just shy of completely black with a tan head, the first sniff hints at this beer’s secret. The aroma is very lightly fruity with just a hint of chocolate, but otherwise clean. Sip and you will be greeted with a smooth maltiness and a touch of raisin and caramel, finishing with more chocolate. The mouthfeel is velvety, the body quite light and finish slightly sweet but surprisingly refreshing.
