A morning stout with flaked oats that we mashed at an uncomfortably high temperature to leave as much body as possible before layering in lactose, cacao nibs, maple, Vietnamese cinnamon, vanilla, and freshly roasted neighbourhood coffee from Hwasoo Coffee. The result is a super smooth and rounded low alcohol stout that drinks like an iced-latte.
