Raspberry Coconut Porter

We wanted to brew a dark beer that was appropriate for our warmer weather. This porter is smooth and balanced with a medium bodied mouthfeel. We’ve conditioned the beer on toasted coconut and raspberries. We get a rich and lasting coconut flavour and a subtle sweetness from the berry. At 4.6% this is about as summer as we can make a dark beer.
