Hoppy WheatReflecting back on the halcyon days of Redback Wheat Beer, we set out – along with the crew from the Sail and Anchor – to take ‘Redback’ to a new level.What we ended up with is a hybrid between a summer ale and a wheat beer. We used a yeast strain that produces subtle banana esters as well as dry hopping the beer with highly aromatic hop varieties. The result is a light bodied, tropical, thirst quenching wheat beer perfect for the warmer days wheat beer dry hopped with lemon drop hops.A new world homage to the Sail and Anchor's original Redback back in the 1980's
