After casting Divine Intervention on the hops and performing an Intimidating Shout into the mash tun, we reached out to our Tassie-based friends at Shambles Brewery to join the party and help us beat this year’s challenge. The result is a powerful Chaos Bolt of a beer exhibiting that classic West Coast hop character of citrus, resin, pine and cedar, all backed by a lean malt profile that lets the hops come through and deliver maximum damage
