Our Singularity Series is an example of what a barrel can do to a beer over an extended period of time. There are no treatments or adjuncts, just an expression of the single barrel and base beer.The beer started as a robust Imperial Stout brewed specifically for extended barrel aging. It was then laid to rest in a 12 year old Elijah Craig barrel for 20 months before it was racked into our custom designed barrel processing brite tank. Tasting notes include plenty of chocolate supported by hints of figs, roast, and vanillin.
