One year and two weeks in the making, Cyclops materializes out of a foggy malaise. Aged in retired bourbon barrels, this towering barleywine ale has aromas of bourbon, vanilla, and coconut. Smooth, sweet flavors of cocoa, figs, and dates round out this rich, full-bodied beer.
