Our Imperial Stout of the same name evokes similar memories of that 1997 two-door Accord hot-boxing the smell of those scrumptious deep-fried and syrup-laden treats in a package that is more apt for your après ski. With a classic Stout profile akin to biting into a chocolate cookie, the vanilla and maple syrup softens up this mildly roasty oversized Stout. Aromas of cinnamon sticks leap out first, followed quickly by maple syrup which blends into the body of this beer perfectly and enhances the chocolatey and coffee malt flavor, leaving behind much more depth than one would expect from a beer with such a vapid name. A little bit of maple sweetness clings to the lips, but overly sweet this beer is not; finishing out with a respectable level of dryness for a Stout of this stature, making Fast Food French Toast every bit as enjoyable as your run-of-the-mill Pastry Stout but without the cloying sweetness or impending rot-gut.Contains: Vanilla, Cinnamon, Maple Syrup
