Working with the lovely team from All Day Brewing near Reepham, we collaborated at Artefact on a special fifth birthday release.A ‘Farmhouse Table Witbier’!Using heritage Haná malt, flaked wheat and torrified buckwheat to give a creamy base with earthy undertones. Finest British First Gold and Godiva hops were added in the boil to bring touches of orange peel. This was then fermented with WHC Belgian Haze and bacteria making a funky rustic Witbier.Expect notes of lemon, and earthy undertones on the nose from the buckwheat, carrying through into the flavour of the beer with a zippy and tart finish.
