This is the second of a series of experimental batches from Pipes. Brewed with Chinook hop, Verdant yeast and hop aroma enzymes. Hop aroma enzymes offset the 14g/l hops against a strong caramel backbone. Yeast on this brew is a slow one to settle so pour carefully. PS Cooper is gay.
