To make this limited edition bottling, we first made oir own special rum by stepping Caribbean rum with own spice mix. We then seasoned oak casks with this special rum. Importing all the exotic flavour into the oak. Finally, we matured a Scottish golden ale using these casks. Absorbing all the incredible flavours from the oak, the beer adds it's own smooth malty flavouring that will live long in the memory.
